Short version: this site is here to tell you about the academy. What you sign at the front desk is what actually governs your membership.

What these terms cover

These terms apply to this website. They do not replace the membership agreement, waiver, and release you sign at Vortex Martial Arts when you enrol. If anything here appears to conflict with the agreement you signed in person, the signed agreement wins.

The information on this site

We keep class times, programs, and prices as accurate as we can, and they do change. Schedules shift with the seasons, school calendars, holidays, and instructor availability. Before you build your week around a class time, confirm it with us on 512-688-0445.

Nothing on this site is a guarantee of a particular result. Progress in martial arts depends on how often you train and how hard you work, and belt ranks are awarded on performance rather than time served.

Nothing here is medical advice. Martial arts training is physical activity. If you have an injury, a health condition, or any doubt about whether training is right for you or your child, talk to a doctor first.

Booking a tour or sending an enquiry

Submitting a form on this site is a request to be contacted, and it does not enrol you, reserve a place in a class, or create a membership. We will get back to you to arrange the details.

Please give us information that is accurate and your own. Do not submit someone else's contact details without their say-so.

Our content

The text, photographs, logos, and design on this site belong to Vortex Martial Arts or are used with permission. You are welcome to link to any page here, and to print or save pages for your own use. Please do not republish our photographs or copy the content onto another site.

Photographs on this site show real students and instructors at the academy, used with permission.

Links to other sites

We link to places like Google Maps, Facebook, and our membership system. Those sites are run by other companies under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for what they do. Our privacy policy explains which of them receive information about you.

Availability and liability

We try to keep this site up and correct, and we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the fullest extent the law allows, Vortex Martial Arts is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or from relying on information published here.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts serving Williamson County, Texas.

We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed.
