We have been a part of Vortex for years now. This family friendly environment was exactly what we were looking for. We attended other places and felt the environment had language and a rough competitive atmosphere that would not be conducive for our family. The leaders are very knowledgeable and supportive. The fitness level brings sweat and sometimes tears but in a good way. Instructors have also attended events that our kids have been in to support them even outside of the dojo. Started training last week for the first time in a long while. The instructors are patient and detail oriented. They want to make sure you get what you came in for and that’s a great skill set. Starting with the basics, for me all over again, but enjoying the instructors attitude and demeanor. I also witness how they teach the younger kids. Those kids will have a great attitude, patience, and warrior like skill set because of the examples led by. So glad I finally joined!
